Zhembrovskyy is a Ballet, Dance and Fitness school located in Amsterdam and which employs teachers and guest teachers from various countries and companies.
In order to Zhembrovskyy to run its business, we make use of third party providers such as SquareSpace (which host our website) and Eversports (our schedule and booking portal), through which we collect data online. In this privacy statement we address which data are collected and how they are used, stored, and shared within Zhembrovskyy, which serves as the data controller. The Zhembrovskyy website and business is hosted and managed in the Netherlands.
When becoming a student of the Zhembrovskyy school, we ask that you submit personal data into our Eversports portal which is necessary for any individual to become a recurrent student of our school. It is through Eversports that students or parents/legal guardians can view our class schedule, their purchased lessons package/s, participation history and how many lessons are left in a purchased package. Zhembrovskyy is committed to ensuring that our students privacy is protected. Should we ask that you provide personal data, i.e. information which relates to you (or your child/ward) as an identified or an identifiable natural person, through our website or the aforementioned third-party tools we use, you can be assured that this data will only be processed in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
WHAT WE COLLECT
You can access and use our website without providing us with your personal data.
Zhembrovskyy may collect your personal data through the website in three specific situations:
When you create a Eversports account to become a student of our school;
When you subscribe to our newsletter;
When you fill out our contact form for requests related to our services.
In these instances, the following personal data may be collected: name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, referral type (if any). Zhembrovskyy does not collect any special categories of personal data as defined in article 9 sub 1 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

YOUR RIGHTS
If you change your mind and you no longer wish that we process your personal data for marketing purposes, you may either opt-out by unsubscribing, or simply email us at mail@zhembrovskyy.com to ask that we remove you from our marketing mailing list.
If you wish to obtain details relating to the personal data which we have collected from you, if you believe that these data are incorrect or incomplete and would like to have them corrected, or if you would like that we erase your data, please send us an email at mail@zhembrovskyy.com.
We might at times be filming or photographing in our studios, and we of course always reserve you the right not to be featured. For any questions or to ensure we exclude you from photography/footage, please let us know.
